While we provide services for many different types of customers, we specialize in helping small-to-medium size businesses, non-profits, and educational organizations. Hand LLC is dedicated to providing easy-to-use, professional, and accessible tools and services.
Meet the Owner, Matthew Hand:
Matt is a cyber security expert and software engineer with 15+ years of professional experience. Through the years, Matt has performed code reviews, risk assessments, auditing, and penetration testing for organizations of all sizes – as well as developing enterprise security administration software.
Matt was born and raised in Topeka, KS. He started programming at the young age of 8, and began delving into cyber security by age 11. His first professional job was working for a cable-internet management company, and eventually moved into working in cyber security for the financial and insurance sector. After 8 years of working in corporate, Matt struck out on his own to form Hand LLC. Since then Matt has help companies manage over offshore teams, develop mobile applications (Android/iOS), an event ticketing platform, perform penetration tests, security code reviews, and develop a number of information security related tools.
Matt is an avid traveler. To date he has visited over 30 countries, and has lived in 5. In his free time he enjoys working on embedded systems for a wide array of uses, from drones, to automating food supply systems, and creating amazing artistic displays with LEDs.
